ATA CARNET TRAINING 25 February 2013

On 25 February 2013 will start to operate ATA Carnet System, in Albania. ATA Carnet allows temporary admission of goods, without paying any import or export taxes and it also provides the best example of cooperation between Customs and Chambers of Commerce to facilitate the business activity.
In the framework of this implementation, Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Albania organized the “ATA Carnet Training” with the assistance of Prof. Andrew Allan, former head of ATA Carnet in London Chamber of Commerce.

On 18 December 2012,in the premises of Hotel “Rogner”, was signed the ATA Carnet Memorandum of Cooperation between the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Albania and General Direct
