ATA Carnet në Shqipëri

Më datë 18 dhjetor 2012, është nënshkruar Marrëveshja e Bashkëpunimit midis Drejtorisë së Përgjithshme të Doganave dhe Bashkimit të Dhomave të Tregtisë dhe Industrisë, e cila përcakton termat e bashkëpunimit midis dy institucioneve për impelmentimin e ATA Carnet në Shqipëri.

Në datë 25 shkurt 2013, ATA Carnet fillon të operojë në Shqipëri. Në vitin 2013 BDHTI bëhet organizata e 72-garantuese ICC WCF ATA.

ATA Carnets do të pranohen nga Autoritet Doganore Shqiptare sipas Konventës Mbi lejimin e Përkohshëm WCO (Konventa e Stambollit, 26 Qershor 1990).

Ata Carnet mbulon:

  • Kampione tregtare
  • Pajisje profesionale
  • Mallra për përdorimin në panaire tregtare, ekspozita, etj..

ATA Carnet mund të përdoret në rastet e mëposhtme:

  • Lejimi i përkohshëm i lidhur me mallrat për t’u shfaqur ose përdorur në ekspozita, panaire, mbledhje ose ngjarje të ngjashme;
  • Lejimi i përkohshëm për kontenjerët, paletat, amballazhet, mostrat dhe mallrat e tjera të importuara në lidhje me një operacion tregtar;
